He will be singing in the morning worship service, and will be performing a concert during the afternoon festivities. I hope that you will invite your friends and family members to be a part of this exciting day!

Another fantastic summer event is the BETH MOORE SIMULCAST that our church will be hosting on August 1st and August 2nd. This is going to be an incredible outreach opportunity for our church. To our knowledge, we are the only church in the CSRA that is hosting this simulcast. We are anticipating a gym full of ladies for this outstanding weekend of Bible teaching, worship, and fellowship. Please, be much in prayer about this unique opportunity.

Our Romania Mission Trip is scheduled for November 12-22, 2008. I am praying for twenty people to go on this year's trip. A detailed information packet is available at the Information Center if you feel God is leading you to go. The deadline for registration and deposit is August 1st. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Also, let me remind you about the Romanian Yard Sales on Saturday, July 12th. There will be two North Augusta locations for this event -- 3 Clint Court and 1812 Courtney Drive. All proceeds from the yard sales will help offset the expenses of the Romanian Missionaries from Sweetwater.

The new church year is just around the corner. The Council of Leaders will be meeting soon to discuss nominations for officers, leaders, and teachers for the upcoming 2008-2009 church year. Please be much in prayer about where the Lord would have you to serve this year at Sweetwater. Each member is important to the Body of Christ, and we all have a job to do in the Kingdom of God.
